Dr. Seelan was recently invited to serve as an International Fellow of the Center for Advancement of Global Health (CAGH). CAGH is a non-profit NGO based in India working in the area of global health. The specific focus of CAGH is on utilizing information technology in cost-effective ways to promote optimal resource utilization and, ultimately, better health outcomes.
